xTool M2 Color Craft Laser Cutter & Engraver
The xTool M2 is an enclosed desktop laser cutter and engraver for personalised gifts, craft projects and small business products. Available in 10W and 20W configurations, it combines diode laser cutting and engraving with optional full-colour CMYK inkjet printing, giving makers more ways to create from one workspace.
For hobbyists, home studios, market sellers and creative businesses, the M2 offers a practical way to produce custom decorations, wooden signs, engraved keyrings, labels and personalised merchandise. Add the optional inkjet module to create colourful designs and complete compatible print-then-cut projects on the same machine.
Cut, engrave and add full colour
Use the diode laser to cut and engrave compatible materials such as wood, plywood, paper, felt, genuine leather and selected dark, opaque acrylics. Create decorative shapes, personalised names, detailed patterns and branded products.
The optional CMYK inkjet module expands the M2 into full-colour crafting, including custom stickers, printed cards and labels. Printing on materials such as wood may require a suitable primer or coating.
For metal personalisation, the optional 3W infrared laser module supports marking and engraving compatible metals and selected plastics. Material compatibility depends on the module, surface and project.
Easier positioning with dual cameras
A 5MP panoramic camera and 2MP macro camera help you preview your workspace and position designs before processing. Autofocus simplifies setup, while xTool Studio provides design and machine-control tools for Windows and macOS, with USB and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Who is the xTool M2 best suited to?
The M2 is a practical choice for beginners exploring laser crafting, hobbyists making personalised gifts, and small businesses developing custom products for markets or online stores. Its interchangeable modules suit makers who want to expand from engraving into colour printing and a wider range of materials.
