Customer Service & Sales – Full Time, Brisbane
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated and goal-oriented person to join our Brisbane team in a full-time Customer Service & Sales role.
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly, approachable and professional attitude
- Goal-oriented and motivated
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience
- Experience with 3D printers or laser engravers is desirable, but not essential
What you’ll do
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for our customers
- Be hands on with the world's latest tech first
- Communicate with customers: Face-to-face in store, over the phone & via email
- Assist customers with product enquiries and sales
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
- Assist with general day-to-day store operations

3D Printer & Laser Technician - Melbourne
What you’ll do:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
- Work with 3D printers, laser cutters, engravers, and CNC machines
- Assist with warranty and servicing
- Support customers and team members with technical expertise
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience with machinery (3D printers, laser cutters/engravers, CNC)
- Familiarity with leading brands like Bambu Lab and xTool
- Experience with slicing software and workflow optimisation
- Knowledge of AI tools and automation is highly desirable
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
