Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use reputable carriers such as Australia Post and couriers for all deliveries. Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is shipped. If you don’t receive tracking information within 3 business days, please email sales@3dcentral.com.au or call us on 07 3076 1005.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within Australia.
Delivery Issues & Missing Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking link first. If you still need help, contact our customer service team. We’ll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the matter quickly.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can try to update your order before it ships.
