Browse our categories or use the search bar if you already know what you’re looking for. We stock the latest Bambu Lab printers, 3DC filament, and a wide range of accessories.
Step 2: Add to Cart
Once you’ve found your product, click “Add to Cart” to continue shopping or proceed to checkout when you’re ready.
Step 3: Delivery or Click & Collect
Choose between fast home delivery or Click & Collect from our Archerfield showroom, whichever is more convenient for you.

Do you do Repairs?
Yes, we do!
3D Central is Australia’s first Certified Bambu Lab Repair and Servicing Provider, authorised to handle official Bambu Lab warranty services in accordance with Bambu Lab’s After-Sales Service Policy.
We can process warranty repairs for any Bambu Lab printer purchased from any retailer, provided it is still within Bambu Lab’s warranty period and coverage.
If your printer is outside of Bambu Lab’s warranty period, we also provide a range of paid repair and servicing options.

3D Printer Service Plan (Paid Servicing)
Labor Pricing
- ⚙️Quick Fix – $90 (1–3 days)
Includes nozzle swaps, calibration, firmware updates, and other minor adjustments. - 🔩Standard Repair – $150 (2–4 days)
Covers extruder issues, bed heaters, belts, wiring, and hotend fixes. - 🛠️Major Repair – from $250 (2–5+ days)
For complex jobs such as mainboard replacements, full rewires, rebuilds, or advanced electrical faults.
Hourly Rate: $70 per hour (charged in 30-minute increments)
Parts are charged separately. We will always advise if a repair is uneconomical compared to replacement.
Service Timeframe
- All services require 24–48 hours for initial inspection and assessment before work begins.
- Overall turnaround time varies depending on the type of repair.
- If additional time is required, we will contact you before continuing any work.

When will my item or order ship?
We strive to dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving your order.
As we submit shipment information to our couriers at the end of each day, you’ll usually receive tracking notifications on the evening your order dispatches.
For more details about estimated delivery times, please check the “When will my order be delivered?” section below.
During peak holiday periods, there may be slight delays in dispatch. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience.
When will my order be delivered?
We currently deliver Australia Wide
Our goal is to exceed customer’s delivery expectations and we regularly do. Stated delivery times are industry averages provided by our couriers. Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

What does "pre-order" mean?
If an item shows as “Pre-Order,” it means the product is not currently in stock at our warehouse but is on its way.
You’ll find an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) listed on the product page, which indicates when we expect to receive it from our suppliers. Please note that these dates are based on third-party shipping information and may change. If any delays occur, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Once we receive the pre-ordered items from our supplier, we will dispatch all pre-orders within one business day.
Not all products are eligible for pre-order, so please check our website for availability.
You can also contact our team for the latest updates or watch your email for order notifications.
Free 3DC PLA Standard Filament Policy
All customers who purchase a 3D printer from 3D Central will receive a free 1kg roll of 3DC PLA Standard Filament.
This complimentary filament is included automatically with eligible printer purchases and will be shipped together with your order.
Postage Cost Estimate and FREE Delivery for 3DC Orders at $150.00 or over*
Here’s how to find out your postage estimate for a new 3D Central order.

- 📦 Go to your cart page: Once you’re ready, head to your cart.
- 📍 Use the shipping estimator: Enter your postcode in the shipping estimator to instantly view the estimated delivery cost to your location.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.
🎁 For 3DC Filament orders of $150 or more, shipping is free within Australia.
Please note that this offer applies only to 3DC filament purchases. If other items (such as printers, accessories, and Bambu Lab Filament) are added to your cart, standard shipping charges will automatically apply to those items.
Will I get a tax invoice with my purchase?
Absolutely! Every purchase from 3D Central includes a digital Tax Invoice, which can be downloaded directly from your order confirmation email.
Simply click the “Download Tax Invoice” button located beside the “View Your Order” button in your confirmation email.
If you have any questions or notice any discrepancies on your invoice, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I cancel my order?
Need to cancel your order? No problem, we’re here to help.
If you have any questions or would like some advice before making a final decision, our friendly Customer Service team is happy to assist.
If you decide to proceed, we can cancel any order that hasn’t been collected or dispatched yet.
When contacting 3D Central Support, please include your order number and, if possible, a brief reason for cancellation to help us process your request quickly.
Once your refund has been processed (usually within one business day), it may take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Can I modify my order?
Need to make changes to a recent order? We’re happy to help, though there are a few important limitations to keep in mind.
Orders Paid via PayPal or Already Dispatched
We’re unable to modify orders that have been paid via PayPal, collected, or dispatched.
If your order falls into one of these categories, it will be treated as a customer return and processed under our Return Policy instead. You can place a new order once your return or refund has been completed.

Modifying Delivery or Pickup Orders
Changed your mind about delivery or pickup? Let us know as soon as possible.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, modifications may not always be possible, particularly for orders that are already scheduled for delivery.
Exceptions
- PayPal Orders: Due to fraud prevention and transaction security, we can’t modify PayPal orders. Please cancel your order, and once the refund is processed, you may place a new one.
- Dispatched Orders: If your order has already been shipped, you can wait for delivery and return the item under our Change of Mind process. Some products may not be eligible for return.
- Collected Orders: If your order has already been picked up, you’ll need to place a new order through our website.
Refund Process Duration
If an order is cancelled, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
The exact timeframe may vary depending on your payment provider.
Does 3D Central ship to New Zealand?
No, 3D Central currently does not ship orders to New Zealand.

What programs do I need?
Getting started with your Bambu Lab 3D printer is simple and beginner-friendly. You can start printing right away using just the Bambu Handy app.
📱 Bambu Handy
The Bambu Handy app lets you connect your printer, start prints, monitor progress, and receive live updates all from your phone. It’s available for both iOS and Android.
💻 Bambu Studio
For more advanced control, Bambu Studio is Bambu Lab’s official slicing software. It allows you to prepare, slice, and send print files to your printer with powerful features like multi-colour printing, custom profiles, and detailed print settings.
Both programs are completely free and can be downloaded from Bambu Lab’s website or your device’s app store.

Bambu Lab Support and Warranty
All Bambu Lab products sold by 3D Central are covered by the official Bambu Lab Manufacturer’s Warranty.
If you experience any issues with your Bambu Lab product within the warranty period, please refer to Bambu Lab’s After-Sales Service Policy or contact us for assistance.
As an authorised and certified Bambu Lab Repair and Servicing Provider, 3D Central can process warranty claims for Bambu Lab printers purchased from any retailer, as long as the unit is still within the valid warranty period and coverage.
Bambu Lab Warranty Statement
Bambu Lab provides a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorised repair.

Returns and Warranty

Do we offer Bambu Lab's Extended Warranty?
3D Central does not currently offer or sell Bambu Lab’s Extended Warranty. All new Bambu Lab printers come with the standard manufacturer’s 12-month warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Any extended warranty options promoted directly by Bambu Lab are only available for purchase through Bambu Lab’s official online store and cannot be added or processed through 3D Central.
3D Printer Repair and Servicing Warranty Coverage
Servicing Warranty Coverage
Coverage Period
All repair and servicing work performed by 3D Central is covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of service completion.
What Is Covered
- Labour performed on the serviced components
- Replacement parts supplied and installed by 3D Central
- Functional testing and calibration performed during the service
What Is Not Covered
- Pre-existing issues not included in the approved service or repair
- General wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g. nozzles, build plates, belts, bearings)
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, or modifications after service
- Issues caused by incompatible or poor-quality third-party materials or filaments
- Electrical or mechanical failures unrelated to the serviced components
Warranty Process
- Customers must notify 3D Central within the warranty period if an issue arises.
- The machine must be brought in for inspection to verify the claim.
- If the fault is found to be directly related to the covered repair or service, it will be fixed at no additional labour cost.
- If replacement parts are required under warranty, they will be supplied free of charge if originally installed by 3D Central.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the specific service completed.
- Any unauthorized repairs or modifications void this warranty.
- Shipping, transport, or on-site service fees (if applicable) are not covered.
