We’re growing and currently looking for two key roles to join our team:
Customer Service & Sales Specialist
What you’ll do:
- Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and online
- Provide product recommendations and technical guidance
- Support sales and build strong customer relationships
- Troubleshoot basic issues and help customers get the most out of their machine
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in customer service and/or sales
- Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, and written)
- Strong interest in 3D printing and laser technology
- Familiarity with 3D printing software and AI tools
- Friendly, motivated, and solution-focused mindset
Technician & Warehouse Assistant
What you’ll do:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
- Work with 3D printers, laser cutters, engravers, and CNC machines
- Assist with warranty and servicing
- Assist with warehouse operations and shipping
- Support customers and team members with technical expertise
- Travel to different locations to assist with installations, support and projects
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience with machinery (3D printers, laser cutters/engravers, CNC)
- Familiarity with leading brands like Bambu Lab and xTool
- Experience with slicing software and workflow optimisation
- Knowledge of AI tools
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Flexibility to travel between cities is highly desirable
